Just 15 minutes walk from the centre of Funchal and approximately 20 minutes drive away from the Madeira International airoport.

Getting there - Pestana Village Aparthotel

From the Airport to Pestana Village:
Exit the airport and take the bypass towards Santa Cruz and – or Funchal. Stay on this road and follow the signs to the hospital until you arrive at a section where you should stay in the left lane, towards the hospital heading south, downhill and towards the sea. Whilst going downhill you will find a petrol station (Repsol) on the right-hand side and afterwards you will arrive at a roundabout.
On the right-hand side you will see the hospital building, take the 2nd exit in the direction of Estrada Monumental heading downhill. At the end of this road you will find a set of traffic lights, turn right.You will need to cross a bridge passing through the Praça de Autonomia ( on your right-hand side you will see a statue) and afterwards another set of traffic lights (keep in the right hand lane) but go straight ahead. After the next right-hand bend you will find the entrance ot the Pestana Village on your right-hand side. Door number 194

Cancellation

For cancellations up to 3 days before arrival, no penalties are applied.
For 7 night stays a penalty of 3 nights in BB basis will be applied to the no-shows.
For stays of less than 3 nights, the full amount of the stay will apply as a penalty for no-shows in BB basis.
In Madeira for bookings from 27Dec-02Jan the full amount of the booked stay will be charged for no-shows.

Children and extra beds

Children discounts are only applicable if the room is shared at least with 2 adults.
This applies also to the 2nd child, depending on the maximum number of children that can be accommodated in the room type booked. If the room is shared with only one adult, adult pays minimum single room rate (BB).
Children from 05 to 12,99 years of age: Free in BB basis and have 50% discount on Dinner Supplement.

Parking

There will be an extra charge for parking.

Pets

Pets are not alowed.

Pre-payment

Payments must be settled 7 days prior to guest’s arrivals at the hotel.
